Sara Marie (Brangwin) Jones, 48, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, formerly of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023, surrounded by her family at Banner University Medical Center Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Services were held at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Lake Havasu City.

Sara Marie Brangwin was born on September 8, 1975, in Le Mars, Iowa, to Larry and Lisa (Greear) Brangwin. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's American Lutheran Church in Le Mars. Growing up she was a Girl Scout and was in 4-H. She worked for Timmy's Catering and Spurgeon's Department Store.

Sara graduated from Le Mars Community High School in 1994, and then earned her CNA designation and began working at Brentwood Nursing Home. In 1997, Sara moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona where she continued her career as a CNA. She married Anthony Jones on December 28, 2001, at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Lake Havasu City. They were blessed with four children. Sara enjoyed camping with her family, her family pets and working with seniors and special needs people.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony; four children, Zane, Lexi, Skylar and Hannah Jones all of Lake Havasu City, AZ; her parents, Larry and Lisa Brangwin of Le Mars, IA; two brothers, Jason and Shaun Brangwin both of Le Mars, IA; along with aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.

Sara was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Virginia Brangwin and Robert and Alice Greear; great-grandparents; great-aunts; great-uncles and cousins.
