Lois Rae Galles, 77, of Le Mars passed away Thursday September 12, 2019 at Floyd Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be Sunday September 15, 2019 from 2:00-7:00 pm with family present from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. A private family service will be held at a later date. Lois' family has entrusted service arrangements with the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars.

Lois Rae Crow was born in rural Alcester, SD on June 13, 1942 to Robert & Ruth (Dunham) Crow. She married William Galles on February 23, 1963 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Neptune. Lois had a flair for interior decorating and collecting antiques. Lois was especially fond of Victorian era pieces. She also enjoyed camping.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, William 'Bill' Galles, sons; Tony Galles of Colorado Springs, CO, Rob Galles of Sioux City, Dennis (Krystal) Galles of Ankeny, IA, grandchildren; Amanda, Kody, Logan and Keira Galles, sisters; Donna Holtz of Le Mars, Ruth (Al) Perrill of Newport, OR, and brothers; Chuck Crow of Merrill, IA and Dennis (Pam) Crow of Lake Forest, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son; Bradley, sister; Roberta Willett, and brother; Richard Crow.
