James Robert "Jim" McDougall, 99, of Minnetonka, Minnesota, formerly of Le Mars, Iowa, died peacefully on March 26, 2023, less than two months shy of celebrating his 100th birthday, surrounded by family. A graveside service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2023, at Memorial Cemetery in Le Mars. Military honors will be provided by Wasmer Post #241 of the American Legion.
