Condolence: Dear Katherine, Keith and family,
Your mother was one of my best friends since 1970 and we shared so many events together and had birthday parties and coffee very often and she was a jewel.She will be missed by everyone that knew her for her wonderful southern accent and her laugh. She was almost like a sister and we telephoned each other so often and since living in Colorado we email daily. She was a blessing to me to be my friend. I played the piano for her when she sang for Christian Women and she and I did so much together in the Hospital auxiliary in Le Mars. I know she has had a struggle these past few years with health problems and now she can spread her wings and be rid of all the pain and turmoil. Heaven is a better place, I know, but we will miss her. My sympathy to all of you.
So sorry I had to miss her funeral. Keep me posted how all of you are doing because your mother kept me up to date on all of you.
